Since its establishment in 2010, the Uganda Forest Conservation Group (UFCG) has remained committed to safeguarding Uganda’s natural heritage. Our forests, biodiversity and ecosystems are under increasing pressure from deforestation, habitat loss and unsustainable resource use. This Strategic Plan 2025–2034 sets a clear direction for UFCG’s work over the next decade, built on lessons learned, community collaboration, and science-based conservation.
